Om Group of Industries is engaged in manufacturing of High Tensile Fasteners, auto components and technically critical engineering components right from inception. A well established set-up, experienced management, keen interest in developments and ever readiness to accept new challenges are some of the highlights of the group. The main thrust of the group is to maintain the quality and keep strict vigilance on the expenses overheads. There are in-built statistical quality control (SQC) systems at all the plants of the group to maintain the consistency of the quality. Highlight of this performance include: technically expert team; capability to analyse any type of mechanical failure; good knowledge of material science and heat treatment process for high tensile fasteners; no deviation is reported from any customer (overall PPM level is below 1000); supplier to reputed companies like M&M, Godrej, etc; in-house controlled atmosphere for heat treatment process for high tensile fasteners; spare capacity is available for development of new fasteners.
