ABC Industrial Fasteners has developed a range of hex socket set screws/grub screws. This includes: hex socket punch (Allen key punch) type set/grub screws, flat point, cone point, half/full/extra long dog point, taper dog point, knurled cup point, oval/radius point, RH and LH adjusting screws, 3 to 30 mm, 1/8" to 1.1/4° 6 BA to 0 BA, 4 to 12 NC-NF, BSP 1/8" to 2" dia, BSPT 1/8" to 2" dia NPT-NPTF 1/16" to 2" dia. Standard references: the items can be made as per IS, BS, JIS, GOST, ASTM, ISO and DIN standards or as per given drawings or samples. Details of threads: the threads can be mm size standard, coarse, fine or special pitch, BSW, BSF, UNC, UNF, BA, BSP, BSPT, NPT, NPTF, size 4 to 12 and NC-NF threads. Materials: MS 4.6 grade, EN-8, 6.6, 8.8 grades, EN-19, 10.9 grade, EN-24, 12.9 grade, brass, SS 304, 316, 410, also possible to supply with Sursulf, liquid nitriding and nitrocar burising process. Applications: these items are used for machine tools, light and heavy engineering industries, textile, electrical and electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps and valves, sugar, cement, chemical plants, home appliances, washing machines, refrigeration and air-conditioning and other service industries.
