Helical compression spring: 0.1 mm to 12 mm used in a wide range of consumer products like gas-stoves, gas-lighter, slide-switch, door and luggage locks, ball-pens, toys, electronic, electrical and switch-gear products and packaging tools and all types of engineering products. Helical tension spring: 0.1 mm to 8 mm, used in electronic, electrical and switchgear products, tape recorders, typewriters, balance-scales, toys, relays, rotary-switch, refrigerator, gas-lighter, textile machinery, various types of spring tensioning devices, garage doors and washing machines. Helical torsion springs are available in sizes 0.3 mm to 7 mm, and conical springs from 0.2 mm to 7 mm. Material specifications: spring steel wire as per IS 4454 Grade II and III; stainless steel wire as per 302, 304 and 316; brass wire, phosphor bronze wire, galvanised wire spring steel strips; and any other material specified by the customer.
