Thane-based Wire Flatteners offers Gripps brand Heli lock nuts for positive and guaranteed locking in any desired position, with specific locking torque. These nuts are pre-assembled with stainless steel inserts to impart guaranteed specific position and do not unwind due to impact or vibration. Also unlike nylock nuts, these can be repeatedly assembled and dis-assembled while retaining the original torque. These nuts prevent thread decay, enhance thread life and have greater loading capacity for applied torque than ordinary nuts even at temperature up to 400?C. These nuts are available in all sizes and series.
