Gas Springs

Nitoo Sales offers Gas Springs. These springs are used to reduce tool cost, displace of press function into the die, improve productivity and improve part quality. The timing of the return stroke can be controlled to suit the application. The gas spring return stroke can be controlled either electrically or pneumatically. In the basic version of the gas spring (KF), it returns about 1 mm before it is held in the bottom position. This spring back effect can be eliminated, by using a spring (KP) via a valve block. This is known as KF+KP system. Gas springs are available in 15kN, 30kN, 50kN and 75kN versions. Stroke lengths from 10 to 160 mm in increments of 1 mm are available.
