Fasteners, Heat Treated & Zinc Plated

Zenith Industrial Products has developed Heat Treated and Zinc Plated Fasteners (35/36) and components as per customer’s requirements. The components are HTS, hex socket head Allen screw, hex socket set grub screws, BSP, BSPT NPT NPTF and mm size hex head, square head and hex socket taper plug, hex head, washers face collar plug BSP and mm size hex socket Allen plugs; HTS studs, carriage bolt round and CSK head with square neck type, CSK nib bolt, eye bolt, hex bolt, machine bolt, hex nut washers-plain, spring, star, disk fan, bearing, disk spring, wave, taper knurled safety lock spring washers, push on washers taper pin, dowel pin, spring dowel pin, etc., and other items as per drawings and samples. Standard reference: as per IS, BS, JIS, ASTM, DIN, GOST and ISO standard or as per drawing or sample. Process finishing: HTS heat treated MS case hardened, carbon steel 8.8 grade, En-19, 10.9 grade, En-24, 12.9 grade, spring steel components, zinc platted process – bright zinc – silver and blue shades, yellow zinc, olive green, copper zinc, cadmium, nickel, blackened, etc., as per party requirements.
