Fastener items for electrical & electronics instruments

Zenith Industrial Products has developed some fastener components, which are useful for electrical and electronics instruments. The components are Philips recess cross star punch type/slotted type pan head, CSK head, trussed binding head, mushroom head, plus and minus type combination screws. Spring washers and plain washers fitted shims screws/ star washers & plain washers fitted shims screws, flanged/washer forged type screws, BT cut type tap tight screws, Allen screws, grub screws, slotted grub screws, plain punch washers, star washers, E circlip, spring dowel pins, hex head screws, nut lock nut insert set screws (4, 6 and 8 No: American threads), self taping sheet metal screws, A, B, C and AB type, clinch nut, square washer fitted shims screws/terminal screws. The items can be made as per IS, BS, JIS, ISO, GOST, ASTM, BA and DIN standards or as per given drawings or samples. The threads can be mm size, BSW, BS, 0BA to 8BA, size 4 to 12 and UNC/UNF threads. Material used is MS 4.6 grade, brass and SS 304 and 316, cash hardened zinc platted. Application: these items are used for machine tools, light and heavy engineering industries, textile, electrical and electronics, automobile, TV videos, fans, Xerox and telefax machines, home appliances, washing machines, refrigeration and air conditioning and other service industries.
