Fastener Fixer

MVR Technology manufactures a bench type special purpose riveting machine commonly known as "Fastener Fixer". These machines are exclusively designed for use in various industrial and commercial applications to fix clinch stuff and rivet nub from M3 to M6 size. Weighing just about 65 kg, it operates on 230 V, 50 Hz power supply with a capacity of 35 to 40 rivets per minute while consuming as low as 1380 W of power per stroke (each stroke lasting about 0.25 sec). The same unit can be used for sheet metal as well as polycarbonate or plastics. It is user friendly, can be operated even by a barely literate, requires minimum installation space, has pressure tab for pressure as per material specifications and is totally powder coated to superior finish. Available in standard models it can also be custom built as per specifications.
