Eye Bolts, Foundation Bolts & Eye Nuts

ABC has developed a range of hot forged processed eye bolts, foundation bolts and eye nuts. This includes: eye bolts 6 to 56 mm and 1/4" to 2" dia; stay eye/swing eye bolts 5 to 36 mm and 3/16" to 1.1/2" dia; foundation bolts, U-bolts 6 to 36 mm and 1/4" to 1.1/2" dia; J-hook bolts and L-hook bolts 1/4" to 3/8" and 6 to 10 mm dia; and eye nuts from 8 to 48 mm and 5/16" to 1.1/2". Standard references: the items can be made as per IS, BS, JIS, ASTM, ISO and DIN standards or as per given drawings or samples. Details of threads: the threads can be mm size, BSW, BSF, UNC and UNF threads. Materials: MS 4.6 grade, EN – 8, 6.6, 8.8 grades, EN – 19, 10.9 grade, brass and SS 304/316. Applications: these items are used for electric motors, machine tools, engineering industries, automobile, hydraulic and pneumatic, textile, chemical plant, material handling equipment plants, tractors and other service industries.
