The company has developed a proprietary process for inducing compressive stresses in disc springs and opposing tensile stresses, resulting in higher fatigue life. This has been confirmed by research studies done in the laboratory of the world's largest steel manufacturer in Europe. The company has a complete in-house facility of modern machining, heat treatment, mass finishing, phosphating and blackening, with latest testing equipments and measuring instruments to ensure highly reliable products and consistency in quality.
