Conical Springs

Accurate Springs offers Conical springs. It is cone shaped compression springs designed to provide a near constant spring rate and a solid height lower than normal spring. It feature variables pitch to achieve the constant spring rate and coil which nest during deflection to provide a solid height approximately equal to two wire diameters. All types of material can be used including spring steel wires, stainless steel (SS 304, 316), phosphor bronze wires and so on. It is of size from 0.2 to 14.0 mm produced using advanced manufacturing techniques.
