The Compression Spring is used to resist applied compression force to store energy in push mode, most prevalent form of compression spring is a straight cylindrical, conical, bi conical, barrel and hourglass, with or without variable pitch between coils. Such configurations are used to reduce solid height, buckling and surging to produce non-linear load deflection characteristics. The spring is made for all types of electrical and electronic switches, switchgear products, office equipment, locks, gas regulators and lighters, all types of aerosols valves and pumps, automobile components, etc. Springs are also available with nickel, yellow and white zinc plating, blackodizing, Teflon coating, lacquering and stainless steel spring with bright finish. The range is from 0.15 mm wire to 8 mm wire diameter in spring steel wire as per IS 4454 GR II, GR III, 1D & 2D, stainless steel wire as per AISI 302, 304, 316, phosphor bronze wire, galvanized wire, music wire or any other material specified by users. All supplies are made available with in-house load test report as well as raw material certificate.
