ASTM fasteners

Hardwin Fasteners offers a range of ASTM fasteners. It includes full/half threaded studs; bolts (square and hex head); anchor bolts; U-bolts; J-bolts; screws; tie rods; plugs; and hex nuts. These fasteners are available in sizes: M10 to M64, 3/8" to 3 1/2", and length up to 1 metre, in grades: studs and bolts as per ASTM A193 Gr B7, B16, B6, B6X, B8, B8M, B8ML; A320 Gr L7, monel; and nuts as per ASTM A194 Gr 2H, 7, 6, 6X, 8, 8M, 8ML and monel. User industries are refineries, fertilizer projects, petrochemical projects, nuclear power projects, pressure vessel manufacturers, valve manufacturers, manufacturers of heat exchangers and allied industries like sugar, cement, etc. Stage wise inspection is carried out at every stage, viz, grinding, machining, thread rolling, and heat treatment. Heat treatment records are maintained. Visual inspection, dimensional checks, tensile strength test, impact tests (as required), proof load test, and hardness test are carried out on random samples.
