Air Plugs and Air Rings

Cyclo Instruments manufactures Air Plugs and Air Rings compatible to various air gauging systems used in the country. Air plugs in the range of 6 to 130mm diameter and Air Rings in the range of 10 to 60mm diameter; are designed to inspect internal and external diameters respectively; where the work tolerances are of the order of +/- 0.030 mm or closer. It is made up of tool steel; their very fast response time; sensing accuracy and accessibility have made them favorite inspection tools in mass production; covering industries such as automobiles; refrigeration; textile; bearing and electric motor. It is very useful inspection tools to determine form variations; they provide first hand information of the machine error & the error introduced in tool setting. Non-contact gauging makes them very long lasting and thereby compensating for the initial costs.
