JRD Auto Industries manufactures double-wire hose clamps suitable for use as OE by automotive and industrial equipment manufacturers. Both the screw and cod are made from toughened wire, hence once clamped, do not lose grip because of vibrations. They provide longer life because the shape and strength are not affected by repeated clamping and declamping. Combination of Phillips and hexagonal head design of the screw used facilitates high assembly line productivity as well as batch production and repair works. Normal design is zinc plated with white or yellow passivation to resist corrosion but nickel and chrome plating is offered for severe corrosion resistant applications. Stainless steel design is offered where application calls for extreme corrosion resistance and in medical equipment. They are available in sizes to suit hose diameters from 10 mm to 110 mm for normnal usage. Special sizes and designs can be made available to suit specific applications. For spare parts market, the company offers kits for most Indian models of cars,jeeps, trucks, and tractors. Clips made from spring steel in double coil design, plated with zinc on nickel and chrome for various industrial applications are also offered.
