Torsionally flexible couplings

Torsionally flexible couplings from Envisafe Enterprise have been installed successfully, many on critical applications right from fractional through 10000 HP. These are available in various types. Nenflex come with the new improved spider insert design, which is the subject matter of a patent. Spiders/inserts are available in high performance polyurethane. Products are subjected to aggressive endurance test on our unique in house test beds. Fleximax torsionally stiff all metallic membrane couplings are available up to 75000 Nm. Spirex one-piece spiral couplings are meant for encoders, resolvers and electronic drives. The company has tied up with Mayr, Germany in 1996 for servo couplings, torque limiters, clutches and brakes; and with Centa, Germany for marine and industrial couplings for generators.
