Threaded Inserts

Navbharat Engineers is into the manufacture and export of threaded inserts (Helisolid), which are used in aluminium, cast iron, plastics and wood. The inserts are used in materials where threads tapped directly get damaged due to torque or where wear occurs due to frequent assembly and disassembly. These inserts are better than helicoil for strength, durability, resist to vibration and ease of installation. The inserts are designed to improve the strength of assemblies by distributing forces from fastener over larger area of base material, thus improving load-bearing capability. The inserts are available in steel hardened, stainless steel and brass. They are manufactured in thread series metric, BSW, BSF, UN and UNC.
