Swivel, turnable joints/slow rotation

Kazaf Engineering Co offers a range of swivels for turnable joints and slow rotation. The Tema Swivel can be used in hydraulic systems where a turnable joint is required, for example, on mechanical equipment with turning movements up to 360?, the Tema swivel will minimise the high stresses that are created in the hoses of the hydraulic system. Patented design "pressure release" packings are used to ensure a long service life, and provide smooth operation even under high pressure loads. The Tema swivel has been tested under hard conditions. It is suitable for rotation speeds up to 60 RPM, and an operating temperature of 40? to +90?C, it has been designed with minimum dimensions and can be obtained in various formats. The swivel body is manufactured from brass, and the rotating spindle of steel or optional stainless steel. Features: maximum rotation 60 RPM; adapted for use with standard hydraulic components; low torque - even at full working pressure; main seal and plain bearings with automatic lubrication during pressure changes; swivel joint with roller bearing: two roller bearings and one axial plain bearing, reliable even at high transverse load, straight and 90? versions, can be dismantled. Fields of application: anywhere a slow turnable joint is desirable and in combination with a non-turnable hose. For applications involving high transverse loads roller bearing swivel are recommended.
