SNAP-TO-CONNECT CONNECTORS

HVK Systems offers Snap-to-connect Connectors. It is specifically designed to eliminate leakage, improve accessibility, and reduce installation time. The threadless connector is a patented, revolutionary alternative to conventional threaded-type fittings commonly used in fluid power systems with working pressures up to 6,000 psi. A latch ring provides positive engagement of the product"s male and female halves, without the use of wrenches or other special assembly tools. Connecting halves are simply pushed together. The result is leak-free connections-in a snap. The connector is becoming the "standard" connection used by numerous OEMs. Features: fast and easy; accelerates production throughput; eliminates the need for assembly tools; offers lightweight, lower profile than threaded connectors; eliminates adapters with direct-port-capable design; and suitable for applications up to 6,000 psi with one versatile design. The connector is available in dash sizes from -06 to -12.
