Single Shut Off Coupling

New Machine Co offers single shut off coupling suitable for various fluids flow applications. Features: automatic shut off (one way) - upon disconnection the valve in the socket automatically shuts off the air; wide variety of end connections - many types of threads are available like male thread, female thread, barbed type and nut type; easy connection for PU tubes - nut sockets and plugs are available which are specially made keeping in mind the connection of PU tube with OD - 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm; extremely durable - the rugged construction and durable internal parts ensure a very long life under extreme conditions; and anti-kink mechanism - if a twist comes in the hose the coupling will self adjust to release the kink. Technical specification: material - standard - steel (chrome plated) and available on request - brass, SS and plastic; size - 1/4"to 1" and nut connections for PU tubes with an OD of - 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm; seals - standard - NBR and special - Viton (VT-20); temperature - NBR - ( -20? C to + 80?C ) and Viton (-20? C to + 180?C); working pressure - 1.5 mpa (15 kg/cm2) and maximum pressure - 2 mpa (20 kg/cm2). Applications: pneumatic tools, on compressed air pipeline, air pressure equipments, oil, and water.
