Quick Release Coupling

Kuna Flexible Hoses offers quick release couplings from Rectus, Germany, the world's largest manufacturers of pneumatic quick connect couplings. Air leakage through couplings, hoses, fittings, etc, costs a lot of money. Rectus coupling design is simple, easy for one hand operation - just plug in and the connector locks automatically. Unlocking is just by pulling back the sliding sleeve. The important features are: Ultra-Flo valve which offers better air supply, lower energy cost; couplings interchangeable with the most common couplings used in the market; large variety of end connection; and require no seal or tape for installation. The performance of these couplings is 80% higher when compared with conventional brass couplings due to the unique valve design. Different models can handle volumes from 105 l/min up to 9000 l/min. The coupling are made of brass, stainless steel AISI 303, AISI 316TI, POM, and PVDF. These are also available with chrome plating, nickel plating, durnicoat, with different seals such as Viton, Buna N, Ethylene-propylene, etc, as per customer requirements.
