PLATE CLAMP

Unison Clamping Devices offers a range of clamping devices. The plate clamp is ideal for low height and side clamping, leaving the entire top surface free for machining. It offers an effective and positive clamping of flat jobs like plates, flats irrespective of the size. Spherical washer is used in plate clamp to avoid it from swivelling. Springs are provided for quick release of clamping force and jaws. Due to low height it is suitable for clamping work piece with small contact area, eg, plates, flats. It is useful for clamping the job whose height is five mm more than the thickness of plate clamp. It develops a high tightening force. Application: suitable to use on milling, shaping planing machine, etc. Material: made of hardened steel, and finish - blackodised.
