Paper Industries Rotary Joints

  • Paper industries rotary joints are resistant against high temperature and pressure and can withstand temperature of 270°C and pressure of 250 PSI of steam.
  • Variable size ranging from 1/2" BSP to 4" BSP and uses stationary syphon.
  • The threaded rotors of these joints are built in accordance with ISO 228/NPT/Metric which guarantees high operational performance, durable life and easy usage.
  • Joint life is extended; corrosion resistant special carbon seal ring for better life; carbon seal ring used in different grades as per application; sleeves often reusable reducing repair cost.
  • The hard oxide layer makes the sleeve corrosion resistant; wear of the sleever is minimised in the seal and bearings areas.
  • Exceptionally long service without lubrication; handles a wide range of operating conditions; reduces expensive downtime with wear indicator; competitively priced available from stock.
