Metallic Expansion Joints

Emkay offers Metallic Expansion Joints. These are most highly stressed parts of a pipe work and need high care in convolutions design that combine safety, flexibility and yet cost effective. Convolution design is based upon pressure, temperature and movement. Single ply or multiply, circular or rectangular, all are available in variety corresponding to applications. The materials used for the manufacture of these expansion joints are as follows: ASTM-A 240 TP 304/304L, ASTM-A 240 TP 316/316L and ASTM-A 240 TP 321. The normal sizes available are from 80 mm diameter to 1000 mm diameter. Smaller or larger can also be offered depending upon specifications and requirements. End fittings to customers furnished data or as per IS, BS, ASA and DIN standards. Butt welded ends to weld directly with the piping. Expansion joints are available in metal, rubber, Teflon (PTFE) and fabric; and design pressure up to 10 kg/cm².
