Metallic Expansion Joints (Compensators)

RRD Decors, an ISO-9001 certified company by BVQI, offers a complete range Expansion Joints to major customers in the power, steel, cement, process and other related industries. All key components are manufactured in-house, with important quality checks incorporated into the manufacturing process. Expansion joints (sometimes known as compensators) are used in pipeline and ducting systems to compensate for expansion or contraction caused by pressure and temperature. They are also used to absorb misalignment and dampen structure-borne noise and vibration. RB-Flex Metallic Expansion Joints are designed to meet the EJMA (Expansion Joint Manufacturers’ Association) standard and non metallic expansion joint to FSA (Fluid Sealing Association) standard. Range of expansion joints: metallic expansion joints; fabric expansion joints; rubber expansion joints; slip-type compensators; and dismantling joints/flange adapters. Features: size range – 65 mm NB to 3500 mm NB (+); pressure range – full vacuum to 25 bar; temperature range – -180°C to 1000°C; end fittings – as per customer specification; materials – stainless steel 300 series like 304, 321, 316L, etc., other materials on request.
