Flexible Gear Couplings

Alliance Engineering Company, an ISO-9001: 2008 quality certified company, manufactures full range of Gear Couplings, Spindle Couplings and Torsion Shaft type gear couplings under the brand name ALLFLEX. The manufacturing range includes gear couplings with torque rating of 50-1000000 kgm with bore sizes from 10 mm to 900 mm. Besides the standard ranges, the company can offer gear couplings as import substitute, including couplings with overall dimensions as per AGMA standard. The couplings are manufactured from tested quality material suitably hardened and tempered to achieve longer life. These couplings have extensive applications in steel plants, cranes, conveyors, rolling mills, paper factories, rubber industry, sugar industry, thermal power houses, etc. The factory is equipped with over 12 gear hobbing and gear shaping machines including HMT CNC hobbing machine. The supporting equipment includes 4 radial drills, lathes, key cutting shapers, slotters (including Ravensburg slotter with 560 mm stroke) and jigs and fixtures. The company has capacity to manufacture gear couplings up to 2000 mm OD having torque rating up to 1000000 kgm and bore capacity up to 1000 mm.
