Disc couplings, high performance

Rathi Transpower offers Lovejoy "D-Flex" disc couplings. These are specially designed for high demanding drive systems such as for boiler feed pumps, gas and steam turbines, high speed compressors, electric generators, cooling tower fans, high speed test stands and marine propulsion systems, to mention only some examples. This coupling fulfills all the requirements made on the flexible disc coupling within the frame of the given technical data at high speed up to 60000 RPM for ratings from fractional to 60 MW. Features: no need of lubrication and maintenance; reliable torque transmission at zero backlash; very low axial thrush; high power to weight ratio; complies with most demanding standards; high temperature applications; high misalignment capability; in built safety features; and meets API 671 standards.
