Utkur Iron and Steel Industries manufactures Couplings, UT Type. It is made from high quality CI/ aluminium/ steel and elastomers in plain/ reinforced synthetic rubbers. It is reliable and safeguard against vibrations being transferred from machine to the prime mover or vice-versa. It simple to align, electrically insulated and need no lubrication. Features: highest miss-alignment tolerances - parallel - 5 mm, angular - max 4° and end float - max 6 mm; better protection in impact loads and heavy shocks; easy to assemble and disassemble; no need of lubrication; tyres available in natural, neoprene and nitrile rubber; and also available in flange mounted type. It is manufactured as per International standards.
