Coupling In Double Cardanic Design

The Nenflex SWR coupling is designed to eliminate bolt extraction problems normally encountered in bolted spacer couplings. The double cardanic design provides greater latitude in assembly and misalignment capability. The twin arrangement of the Snap-Wrap inserts protects the equipment from shock and allows radial replacement of the drive inserts without disturbing the drive system. The standard spacers are manufactured from high strength low weight aluminium alloy. Snap-Wrap inserts made out of FRAS (Fire Retardant and Anti-Static) compound are available against special order. Also available are couplings in ready to install finish bores according to ISO-fit H7 and keyways. Applications are in general drives, back pull-out pumps and compressors, hydraulics and machinery where quick disconnection between drives is required.
