Clamping Fixtures

Premac Tools, an ISO 9001 2000 certified company, is a leading manufacturer of Clamping Fixtures. The designs cover the entire range of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and manual clamping fixtures. The company has set up a sophisticated Design Centre with around 15 workstations operating on AutoCAD 2008 and 3D Solid works, to produce world class designs. Machining facilities are in-built as well as outsourced to experienced and qualified suppliers; and equipped with a Mitutoyo coordinate measuring machine to augment inspection capabilities. As an extension of its activities, the company has developed low pressure hydraulic clamping elements in the name “CLASYS” to augment the fixture requirement. It has since then developed a wide range of hydraulic clamping cylinders (threaded body cylinder, block cylinders, toggle cylinders, work supports, sequence valves, double pilot check valves, and flow control valves. In order to become a one stop solution provider to customers, it has now launched into supply of custom built hydraulic power packs, electrical integration, part programming, low cost automation and component prove out. The range of fixtures caters to castings of iron, steel, special alloy steel and aluminium, as well as forgings both hot and cold.
