Centaflex Couplings (D Series)

Rajdeep Engineering Industries Pvt Ltd, in collaboration with Centa Antriebe of Germany, offers Centaflex couplings of the D Series. They are very reliable, well proven for generator sets, centrifugal pumpsets, blowers and similar drives. These couplings are specially designed for relatively low torsional stiffness. Using the elements of various shore hardness, it is possible to adjust the resonance speeds and torque characteristics so as to achieve a good torsional vibration situation. This coupling series consists of six sizes for nominal torque from 250 Nm to 20,000 Nm. This range in practice caters to all diesel engines from 3 cylinders and upwards, and ratings to 2,500 kW (approximately 3,500 HP) at 1,500 RPM. The coupling is simple, robust, safe in operation, compact, nonlubricating and failsafe. The product is competitively priced with minimum delivery period.
