ALUMINIUM SPACER COUPLING WITH EXTERNAL SPIDERS, TYPE "SRE"

Flex-C Couplings are simple and economic in design. The couplings are easy and fast to install, easy to align, with no lubrication required. The couplings are manufactured from the best quality graded cast iron produced on induction furnace, to get best possible and consistent composition, properties and grain structure. Every batch undergoes all the tests in physical and chemical laboratories. Utmost care must be taken to ensure that the castings are free from any porosity, blowholes or any other irregularity. Aluminium spacer couplings with external spiders, Type SRE, are made in easy to remove snap design. These are suitable for back pull out design pumps. Spacer of aluminium is used to reduce load on the extended shafts. This can take larger mis-alignments because of two flexible membranes.
