Steam Turbine Generators (STG)

Steam turbine generators (STGs) are required in many industrial sectors such as paper, sugar, iron and steel, aluminium, cement, etc. Complete steam turbine generator sets (STGs), ranging in capacity from 1 MW to 125 MW, are available in India from CICB ? Chemicon Pvt Ltd. Only the steam turbine and generator are imported from China. It specialises in offering turnkey solutions to customers. CICB has vast experience in designing and manufacturing condensing systems, lube oil systems, base plates, etc. These sub-systems and accessories are manufactured in CICB?s manufacturing facility in Mangalore. Different types of steam turbines can be offered depending upon the application. These include fully condensing, back pressure, extraction cum condensing and extraction cum back pressure. There is also a unique turbine, which generates power even with low temperature and pressure steam. This product is ideally suited for waste heat recovery systems in cement industry. Elaborate control system with PLC, PC and SCADA are standard features of STG systems supplied by CICB.
