Modular Power Generator For Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems

The modular Sweep Frequency Power Generator is said to further enhance the reliability and efficiency of the company's line of ultrasonic cleaning systems. The total power of the generator (usually 1,000 or 2,000 watts) is created ,by using individual 500-watt power circuit boards in parallel. According to the builder, this modular design allows each board to work at optimum efficiency and, if a circuit board should fail, the other boards remain fully functional, keeping the cleaning system operational. With this modular design, downtime is kept to an absolute minimum, the builder says. Each circuit board is designed to unplug and be replaced with a new board, making field replacement easy. The generator is housed in a standard 19"electronic enclosure, compatible with standard rack mount enclosure systems.
