Air Generator for Auto & Power Generators

Shiv Mesh Industries offers a newly developed preheated Oxyrich Air Generator similar to turbo charging principle with fine vaporisation of fuel, which is suitable for automobiles and power generators run by kerosene/petrol/diesel/LPG/CNG/PNG using exhaust gas temperature. The equipment improves combustion efficiency and gives extra mileage and power to IC/CI engines with the help of an alloy adopter fitted with special type permanent magnets inner side. A minimum deposition of carbon on the spark plug and on the engine piston head improves compression capacity of the piston helping in the reduction in noise and vibration. Frequent gear operation is not needed in city drive due to delivery of continuous and proper flow of air and vaporised fuel mixture. Top gear operation even at 10-20 kmph speed limit without knocking is possible due to this improved equipment. There is no moving part, no electrical or mechanical or chemical process involved for implementation. Fitment requires just a few minutes and it is easy to maintain without any recurring maintenance expenditure; also it is easy to remove for servicing. This will be treated as an extra fitting without violation of Motor Vehicle Act in regard to alteration norms, and as such no approval is needed from RTO/PCB. It reduces carbon monoxide and HC drastically in the exhaust gases. The emission level of the vehicle will be well within the prescribed standard as per CMVR for BS III and in some cases BS IV. The tail pipe emission standard of old vehicle will be reduced in the level of new vehicle that means improved emission quality to be recorded by PUC test certificate. The equipment is available as per different size of exhaust pipe and length of hot air feed pipe.
