Solar Wind Power Generating System

Nilloy Newsun Technologies offers a Solar Wind Hybrid Power Generating System, Blue-Wind Series. A hybrid system incorporates alternate and additional energy generating devices or systems. Ideally remote wind power hybrid systems incorporate solar photovoltaic power packs and/or diesel generators as the power supply. During low wind velocity period the power from the wind turbines is not produced sufficiently to operate the load, the alternate energy source supplement on-line balance requirement of power. A hybrid system most commonly combines out of wind turbine, solar photovoltaic arrays, diesel generators and/or bio-fuel power generation system. Power generation through any of these alternate source during the daytime, charges the battery bank through an energy manager, which controls the complete system. The device maximises the charging current and prevents excessive discharging/over charging of the battery bank. During high wind velocity period excess energy generation is dissipated through dump load. The wind turbine is self-regulated with ‘pitch control’.
