This product is a second generation field mounting product, which produces a very loud audible siren or hooter warning signal typical 110 db in a hazardous area. It may be switched directly by 230 V AC, 110 V AC, 24 V DC or also be switched in the hazardous area by an intrinsically safe relay (potential free input), or any equipment with an intrinsically safe dry contact. Necessary flameproof certification permits installation in Zone 1 or 2 gas group IIA, IIB and IIC. The device has IP 65 protection and is suitable for wall and surface mounting.
