Cost-effectiveness and optimal design will be considered while designing soft tools, production tools, precision tools. Highest standards in manufacturing and inspection process are applied. The organisation has high in-house production depth, variable working hours and fast decisions. Capacities: injection moulds for tools (moulds) up to about 12t, standard moulds, level moulds/stack moulds, gas injection moulds, tandem moulds, CO2 cooled moulds, in mould labelling; special moulds for chromed parts, fibre-reinforced plastics, wood additives, special-fillers, 2K tools: rotation technology, core push technology, and transfer technology. The CAD/CAM department is equipped with high end 3D software for tool design and CAM programming. 5-axis programming and machining is done on state-of-the-art CNC machines. The company’s manufacturing department is equipped with measuring probes, tool presetters, tool shrinking device, etc. The tool room is equipped for manufacturing high precision, multi cavity, small, medium and large size tools capable of running on injection moulding machines up to 2000 tonnes.
