The company produces dies in standard as well as non standard thread forms, RH as well as LH, coarse as well as fine pitches. Thread forms generally available are: BSW, BSF, UNF, UNC, UNEF, UN, Whitworth fine, BSP, Metric coarse as well as fine, ME, BSC, BSCON, NPT, BSPT, Pg, Acme, Buttress, etc. Multi start dies can also be supplied. Circular thread cutting dies/hex dienuts are produced to BS, IS, DIN and American standards. The company produces dies to customers’ specifications also. Generally dies supplied are cut threads; split and thread produced are to medium/6g/2A tolerance. However solid ground (lapped threads) dies, can also be supplied against specific orders. The company is specialised in manufacturing dies to various thread tolerances such as 2A, 3A, 6g, 8g, 4h, 6h, 6e, etc. Dies suitable to cut SS, brass, copper, aluminium can also be supplied. Generally HSS dies are manufactured out of M2 grade material. However dies in 5% Co (M35) and TIN coated can also be supplied. The company is having in-house facility for all machining, and heat-treatment. It is also equipped with thread grinding facility and Carl Zeiss tool makers microscope for inspection so that each master tap is checked for thread form as well as pitch error. Also the delivery of special dies/thread forms are faster as company do not have to depend on outside help.
