THREAD ROLLING DIES

Mohindra Engineering Works manufactures Rolfast brand Thread Rolling Dies. These Dies are made milled thread and find application for thread rolling of all types of hardware, structural, industrial and other fasteners. These Dies are made of cold work tools steel and are manufactured under strict quality control. Rolfast Thread Rolling Dies have accurate thread parameters and profiles as per established standards. These Dies are made for thread standards in Metric (pitch 0.5-4.0 mm), British (8-40 TPI), Unified (8-32 TPI), BA (0-6), and ACME (8-16 TPI). The company also develops Dies to roll special profiles as per drawings and samples. Dies for knurling are also manufactured. It also makes Dies of Type B, U and other similar profiles not having gimlet point. Very soon, dies for rolling of type A and AB screws, shall also be manufactured. Rolfast Dies are made for all standard sections. Rethreading of used Dies is also undertaken. The company also manufactures circular thread rolls, tangential chasers and nut taps.
