Tools & Appliances Corporation offers self-opening die-heads, Taco models SDH and SDG. These self-opening die-heads are thread cutting tools of a simple design with a uniform and high accuracy. The die-heads are suitable for cutting both right and left hand threads. Model SDH die-heads are suitable for taking in coventry chasers, while Model SDG die-heads are suitable to taking geometric style D chasers, having threading capacity from 2 mm to 30 mm in different sizes. They can be used on automatic and semiautomatic lathe machines, turrets, capstans and screw machines.
