Precious Products offers Multi Cavity Moulds. This is with hot runner system for caps and closures. The mould surface finish directly reflects on the product. Materials are carefully selected to reduce wear and maximise thermal conductivity for effective cooling and shorter cycle time. Pre-hardened, corrosion-resistant steel for bolster plates and various combinations of other special materials for stacks, depending on the application are used. The product incorporates modular design and maintains interchangeability. The mould construction will facilitate easy dismantling and replacement of worn out parts. Cleaning the nozzle tips of hot runner systems for product changeovers is made possible without removing the mould from injection moulding machine. The hot runner system is efficient & user-friendly. Unscrewing mechanisms with stationary or rotary cores (for threaded components) and optimisation of cooling connections for faster set-ups are proven features.
