Acme Toolings has been established in 2001 and so far successfully designed and manufactured more than 700 precision moulds of high productivity for various applications such as electrical, electronics, home appliances and automobile segments. With highly qualified people and years of tool room experience, the company has a proven track record of converting customer needs into superior end products in time. It has been catering to a wide range of customer. In order to give trouble free products to customers, all the moulds are extensively tested at its Moulding Division, M/s Acme Poly Moulds (I) Pvt Ltd, with state-of-the-art microprocessor controlled injection moulding machines. Design: pursuit for excellence begins right at the design stage by experienced designers assisted by latest CAD/CAM facilities to meet the requirements of any part. The design engineers, well experienced in their profession, are assisted by latest CAD/CAM equipment work stations and software tools like Power Shape 10, Unigraphics-NX3, Auto CAD to meet the requirements of any complex 3-D profiles. The company has the engineering know-how, capability and proven design standards to transform any customer's need into a superior product. All its moulds are designed on powerful CAD/CAM workstations, which simplify the process of understanding customer, detain a variety of file formats like IGES, VDA, DXF, STEP, DWG, etc., and electronically convert to relevant format and transmit it to the machine tools.
