Mould Bases

Zyfix Tools offers Mould Bases. These are used for injection moulds/compression and transfer moulds; mould bases for die casting industry for HPDC and LPDC dies; small to huge sized mould bases for plastic and die casting industry; and manufactured mould bases for 2500 tonne PDC machines. The mould base material is in C-45; MS; EN-8, EN-9; EN-24; EN-19 (forged/cast); P-20; SG iron; and steel casting. The lead-time is 10-60 days depending on type and size. Quality: each mould base is inspected in every stage of manufacturing and certified with a self inspection report prior to dispatch; machining capacity of each block weighing up to 8000 kg and total mould base weight of 20000 kg.
