Milling Fixture, Indexing (Square) Type

Prabodhan Yantra Pradnya has developed a special milling fixture with indexing attachment. It can mill 4, 6, 8 faces on the round job. The fixture is for production job with accuracy of plus or minus 30 minutes. It has got a rugged cast body with spindle fitted in a pair of taper roller bearing, which can take milling thrust loads. It is offered with a special self centering chuck or the suitable chuck as per requirement can be fitted. The indexing is quick clamping type with dovetail locking, which ensures rigidity while in operation. This is very useful in tap, drill, stud and similar industries, where similar fixtures are extensively used.
