GROUND THREAD CIRCULAR THREAD ROLLING DIES

Emkay Tools offers Ground Thread Circular Thread Rolling Dies. These are manufactured from AISI - D2 high carbon high chromium material. They can also be made out of HSS M2 and M35 materials against specific orders. The Dies are available in range: OD 100 to 200 mm; face width varying from 20 to 150 mm. Fetty type die head rolls are manufactured against specific orders. The company undertakes ee-grinding of worn out circular thread rolls in die steel and HSS. Features: CNC machine precision ground for high quality and better finish; in-house heat treatment; and best quality raw materials.
