Dietech India, ISO-9001: 2000 certified for Quality Management Systems, specialises in manufacture of Die Casting Dies. The company aims to achieve global standards in its activities of design and manufacture of PDC – pressure die casting dies to suit up to 660T machines (and even for higher range); GDC – gravity die casting dies to suit up to 25 kg component weight (and even for higher weight components) and LPDC – low pressure die casting dies. It is in operation since 1995 and has designed and manufactured over 350 dies for direct customers with the help of: a competent design team; experienced toolmakers; skilled workforce; in-house production backup; and reliable subcontract support in areas such as wirecut and die-proving. It is equipped with CNC machines; EDM machines; PDC machines; handling facilities; and pneumatic facilities.
