Chop Off/Cutting Dies

Hi Q Designs & Products is engaged in the design and manufacture of 'Pressmart' Chop Off/Cutting Dies for various widths and thicknesses of metal and non metal sheet strips. These died and punches are manufactured, hardened and ground from graded tool steel materials for faster cutting, consistent quality and long life. Importantly, these dies can be used independently or added on or integrated to an existing press tool die suitably to save time and cost. Any customer specific requirement may also be developed. Also manufactured are all types of 'Pressmart' brand pillar die sets viz. rear pillar, diagonal pillar, central pillar, elliptical pillar, four pillar die sets, etc., to save time and cost, and achieve quality products, faster tool development, longer tool life and low cost of production.
