Longlife Hardmetals offer Carbide Dies. These are widely employed for cold heading and extrusion applications because of their high resistance to impact & high speed working conditions. Its advantages are: enhanced life - each die gives longer service; consistent product quality - there is only minimum variation of dimensions; better surface finish - dies have a high gloss finish. The other products offered is carbide cold forming dies, wear parts, carbide guide bushes, carbide gauges, carbide punches as per drawings. The basic construction comprises a carbide pallet and a steel case to impart requisite compressive strength around the pallet periphery.
