- A robust sight glass, used for visual indication of liquid flowing through a vertical piping system; can also be used between horizontal pipelines, provided no mechanical strain is imposed on the gauge glass
- It consists of a tempered borosilicate glass held between two end blocks through tie rods, permitting full 360 degree view of liquid
- It is available in line sizes from 1†to 4†with flanged process connections; it is available in PP, SS304/316 construction to suit the service liquid and is suitable for maximum temperature of 150?C and pressure of 10 kg/cm2.
